Feelings of panic can rob your peace.  Extreme uncontrollable fear that affects your body over and over again can be exhausting and feel hopeless. These episodes involve sudden feelings of intense fear and worry combined with physical symptoms even though there is no real danger present. Although, not life threatening, but they can make you feel like you can’t breathe, like you’re having a heart attack, or like you might die. They tend to come on suddenly without warning.  Over time, without help, this can lead to other problems of isolation.
